Producing cartons, blister cards and display boxes for a large range of sectors including food (chilled, frozen and ambient), cosmetics, gifts and household, JJ Lee has become the first choice for packaging.

All normal production is handled in-house to ensure high quality and quick turn-around at competitive prices, with a team of partners to produce those special effects and finishes which can add the final touch.

The process which takes your ideas from concept to finished product start with the size and style of carton. We can produce plain sample cartons for you to check with the contents and make sure they look and work the way you want. The outline used for the samples can then be used to plan the artwork to ensure a perfect fit. This initial part of the process can take days or weeks, but we aim to turn round each stage in 48 hours, and then it is simply a case of you approving each step.

Once the structural design and artwork have been completed and approved, production of the packaging in the form of printing, cutting and creasing, and then finally gluing should take around three weeks. The exception to this is when special finishes or effects are required which can add to this time according to complexity.
