Tuck-end cartons

Tuck-end cartons can be packed by machine or by hand, and are used for a wide variety of products like biscuits, vaping refills and toothpaste. They are a good design for small cartons, where a lot of the other designs will not work.

Making these cartons up to pack them can be quite slow so they are not suitable for large volumes, and because they only lock on the sides of the base, they are not suitable for heavy contents.

Tuck-end cartons are great for:

• Machine packing where you wish to keep a more hand finished look.
• Very small cartons which prevent the use of crashlock and presslock designs.
• Short run hand packing.
